From preliminary sketches through to CAD models & drawings, we create photorealistic visuals allowing the customer to understand what their product will look like in context. Prototype models can also be produced prior to tool manufacture.
Experts in Rotational Moulding
With our versatile range of rotational moulding machines we are able to create components up to 3m in length and 2m wide. Our fast cycle times ensure that mouldings are promptly produced, allowing customers to respond quickly within their own market.
Assembly & Ancillary Services
We have a highly skilled assembly team that precisely trims, assembles and packages items so that they are ready for direct dispatch to the customer. We also store additional fixings and components that can be assembled with the moulding on site.
Our 6-axis robotic arm enables us to perform complex routing processes, giving us pinpoint accuracy for every product without compromising on time or quality.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Want your products produced in a fully recycled polyethylene? We send all of our plastic waste to be ground down and reproduced into a black PE powder that we use to make new parts.
