Utilising a wealth of in-house design knowledge, we work alongside our customers to bring their concepts into reality. Our involvement at this early stage ensures that the product and tool are designed to mould with ease.
From preliminary sketches through to CAD models & drawings, we create photorealistic visuals allowing the customer to understand what their product will look like in context.
Prototype models can also be produced prior to tool manufacture. This would be done to highlight any potential problem areas enabling us to eliminate them from the process.
With our versatile range of rotational moulding machines we are able to create components up to 3m in length and 2m wide. Our fast cycle times ensure that our mouldings are promptly produced allowing customers to respond quickly within their own market.
Materials currently processed include LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, Cross-Linked PE, rPE (recycled polyethylene), Bio-PE, PP and Nylon. Inserts and additional strengthening aids can be moulded into the component allowing sub-assemblies to be fitted into products post moulding.
We have a highly skilled assembly team that precisely trim, assemble and package items so that they are ready for direct dispatch to the customer. We also store additional fixings and components that can be assembled with the moulding on site.
Our 6-axis robotic arm's enable us to perform complex routing processes, giving us pinpoint accuracy for every product without compromising on time or quality.
Want to have your products produced in a fully recycled polyethylene? We send all of our plastic waste to be ground down and reproduced into a black PE powder that we use to make new parts.
